We know that school days can be the happiest of your life. We also know that, for some students, there are days or weeks when they are not.
At Bales we have a small, friendly community where students know most, if not all, members of staff to a strong degree. Students are encouraged to speak openly with any member of staff they feel most comfortable with, about any personal or subject-related matter.
In such a small community, we can also spot when a student is having difficulties, and we will raise the issue with them, or perhaps speak to the parents/guardians if we feel it is appropriate.
Parents are also encouraged to contact us as soon as possible should they feel that their son or daughter is having problems.
In these ways we feel we are well equipped to deal with any issues in their infancy, and perhaps bring some resolution to them.
